BlockUnblockDatesHotels

Set number of available rooms(AvailableRooms) for specified dates (DateFrom(dd/mm/yyyy) - DateTo(dd/mm/yyyy)) with specified price per night (PricePerNight) for specified property(PropertyId). Function return 1 if opertation complete successfully , 0 if operation failed
